DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on Australian orders valued $150 or over while orders under $150 will incur a flat rate of $9.90 for postage and handling within Australia.

For any deliveries within the Sydney Metro region please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order.
For all other deliveries within the rest of Australia, please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order.
All deliveries must be signed for, please make sure to provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign.
A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is not signed for.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All postage and handling outside Australia will incur a flat rate of $20.00 to any country worldwide.

Please allow 7 to 15 working days for international deliveries outside of Australia.
All deliveries must be signed for, please make sure to provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign. 
A re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is not signed for.

International orders may incur a customs or import duty charge, which must be paid for by the customer

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not satisfied with your item, we will refund or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order on the following conditions:

- Fill out and include the Returns Authority Form you received with your order or download it here when returning or exchanging items
- Your Return or Exchange item(s) must be received, inspected and approved before we issue a refund or exchange
- Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt
- All goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them with all original labels, tags and hygiene stickers must be attached

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf or due to a faulty garment. All first exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge

International customers are responsible for all return postage costs for all return or exchanges.

We highly recommend using a tracking postal service to ensure your item arrives safely. We recommend that you send your returns by registered post with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items

If you have had a change of address or need to change some personal details, simply email info@ozswimgroup.com to update your details.
