Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia is renown for being the one of the most hyped and exciting events on the Australian Fashion Calendar. Local and international labels work on their collections for months leading up to the show, ensuring to showcase the very best of their creative talents on the global runway. Famous for its glorious beaches and sublime summer season, its no wonder that Australia homes an incredible list of established and emerging swim and resort designers. The Mercedes-Benz 2017 Swim Show was one of the most anticipated events this week, as six designers came forward into the limelight to present their latest collections for summer.

This years line up consisted of Kopper and Zink, She Made Me, Skye and Staghorn, Tacoola, Duskii and Aqua Blu. Designers exhibited stunning looks and dynamic silhouettes with Aqua Blu being the highlight of the show. Aqua Blu revealed their Summer 17/18 Collection on the runway in style, showcasing vibrant prints and soft silhouettes on models who graced the runway with shimmering metallic accessories. Each piece defused a poolside glamour aesthetic yet looked versatile in a way that could be worn beach to bar. Highlights included a beautiful flowing Savannah maxi dress, and a gold one piece encrusted with beads and jewels to finish.
