Can I purchase gift cards online?

The item I want is sold out. How can I get it?

Please email Customer Service with information on the item and your location. We will be more than happy to check with our stockists for you.

Amending or cancelling an order?

If you require any changes to your order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any amendments to your order if your order has already been processed and shipped. Please note, Aqua Blu Australia does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Discount not showing at checkout? 

Note that only one discount can be used per transaction. Our 10% welcome discount is only eligible for first time purchases. If you are still having trouble please email Customer Service

How do I sign up for the mailing list?

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

There is an unsubscribe option and link at the bottom of our emails.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch time frames?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.

Delivery

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package if required. If you are not available to receive the package, Australia Post will return the package to the nearest post office. Customers may be subject to a redelivery fee if the parcel cannot be signed for.

Free shipping

Get free shipping on Australian orders over $250.

Get free shipping on International orders over $500.

Express shipping

Express shipping is a $15 flat rate for Domestic orders.

International shipping & delivery 

International shipping is a $20 flat rate. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse. Delivery can take between 7-15 business days.

Custom duties - International orders

International orders may incur a customs or import duty charge, which must be paid for by the customer and is not the responsibility of Aqua Blu Australia.

If you refuse to pay any customs or import duties and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any customs, or taxes imposed by your government.
International orders may be subject a longer than expected delivery time. Aqua Blu Australia has no authority over delivery port customs processing times and as such, can only estimate time taken for international orders to be delivered.

Change to shipping address

Please contact Customer Serviceas soon as possible to amend your shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address if the parcel has already left our warehouse. We recommend contacting your local courier to request a redirection.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Aqua Blu's return policy?

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

How do I process a return?

Please note, all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges.


We recommend that you send your returns by registered post with a tracking number to ensure your item arrives safely. Aqua Blu Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.

How long do returns and exchanges take?

Once it has been received back at our warehouse, our returns department will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Returns with Afterpay

Once we have processed your return, Afterpay will be notified and will process your refund within 7 business days.

Faulty items

In the unlikely event your swimwear is faulty, please take photos of the fault and contact us via our Returns Portal or email Customer Service

Why can't I receive a refund or exchange? 

Select items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please take note of item return conditions prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment. Typically these conditions are also displayed on the individual product pages.

Can sample styles be returned?

Samples are final sale items. These are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and cannot be returned.

Can I get a store credit online?

Yes you are entitled to receive online store credit for a returned item. Please email Customer Serviceto organise your store credit.
