Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package if required. If you are not available to receive the package, Australia Post will return the package to the nearest post office. Customers may be subject to a redelivery fee if the parcel cannot be signed for.

Get free shipping on Australian orders over $250.

Get free shipping on International orders over $500.

Express shipping is a $15 flat rate for Domestic orders.

International shipping is a $20 flat rate. Delivery can take between 7-15 business days.

International orders may incur a customs or import duty charge, which must be paid for by the customer and is not the responsibility of Aqua Blu Australia.

If you refuse to pay any customs or import duties and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product(s) and any customs, or taxes imposed by your government.
International orders may be subject a longer than expected delivery time. Aqua Blu Australia has no authority over delivery port customs processing times and as such, can only estimate time taken for international orders to be delivered.

Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to amend your shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address if the parcel has already left our warehouse. We recommend contacting your local courier to request a redirection.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Aqua Blu Returns

Please note, all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges.

We recommend that you send your returns by registered post with a tracking number to ensure your item arrives safely. Aqua Blu Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Once it has been received back at our warehouse, our returns department will process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Once we have processed your return, Afterpay will be notified and will process your refund within 7 business days.

In the unlikely event your swimwear is faulty, please take photos of the fault and contact us via our Returns Portal or email Customer Service

Select items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please take note of item return conditions prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment. Typically these conditions are also displayed on the individual product pages.

Samples are final sale items. These are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and cannot be returned.

Yes you are entitled to receive online store credit for a returned item. Please email Customer Service to organise your store credit.
