Returns & Exchanges 

Aqua Blu Australia is dedicated to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order within 30 days of order date, we offer returns subject to the conditions below. 

FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items that have been purchased at full price, are eligible for a full refund, exchange and/or credit note. Please note return shipping fees and original shipping fees are not reimbursed.

SAMPLES / FINAL SALE ITEMS
Samples, and any products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy. These are last chance styles and will not be restocked. Please note, samples are pre-production garments and may come with slight defects as they are not production-approved garments.

In order for your Return Request to be approved, your items must meet the following criteria:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

2. Items must be returned in their original condition, and returned unworn, unwashed and with the original labels, tags and hygiene stickers still attached. 

3. Samples, and any products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy.

5. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return reason is due to a faulty garment or a mistake on our behalf. 

6. Your Returned must be received, inspected and approved before we issue a refund or exchange. 


PLEASE NOTE: 

Aqua Blu Australia has the right to refuse refund/exchange if the returned products do not fulfil these requirements. Returns received outside of the 30 Day Refunds and Exchange period will not be accepted. 

First domestic exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge. All subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and postage costs will not be covered by Aqua Blu Australia.

International customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges. Any duties and taxes paid to clear your delivery are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker. 

We recommend that you send your returns by registered post with a tracking number to ensure your item arrives safely. Aqua Blu Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items. 

We understand that choosing the right size can be difficult. Please check our Size Guide to help you purchase the correct size. If you are still having trouble choosing the right size, feel free to Contact Us.

In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please contact us via our Returns Portal or Contact Us page. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The outlined policies above relate to products purchased from our online store. Any item purchased elsewhere must be returned to the store of purchase, including faulty returns.
