As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we would like to take a moment to update you on the steps Aqua Blu Australia is taking to navigate this challenging time. Firstly, thank you for your support during this period, Australian retailers and small businesses need you now more than ever. Our greatest priority is the health and safety of all of our team members, you our valued customers and the wider community. We have taken steps to ensure our team upholds the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness including frequent hand washing, hand sanitiser stations, adherence to social distancing guidelines and the use of masks and gloves onsite.
Returns Processing Time: Our returns authorisation team is continuing to operate however we are experiencing a slightly longer returns processing time. Once you receive an email confirming receipt your parcel, your return will be processed as normal.
Exchanges: We are still processing exchanges as normal during this period. Rest assured, our team is working hard to uphold the strict guidelines provided to us from the NSW government regarding sanitation and hygiene practices.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Aqua Blu Australia strives to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Aqua Blu will refund or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt should it meet the following rules:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- The Returns Authority Form received with your order or downloaded here, must be filled out and included in the returned parcel
- Sale items are only eligible for exchange for items of the same value (no refunds are accepted). If exchanged items amount to a lesser value of the original item, the customer will be issued store credit for the remaining value
- Items must be returned in their original condition, and returned unworn, unwashed and with the original labels, tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Your Return or Exchange item(s) must be received, inspected and approved before we issue a refund or exchange.
Aqua Blu Australia has the right to refuse refund/exchange if the returned products do not fulfil these requirements. Returns received outside of the 14 Day Refunds and Exchange period will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return reason is due to a faulty garment or a mistake on our behalf e.g. incorrect item sent.
First domestic exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge. All subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and postage costs will not be covered by Aqua Blu Australia.
International customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges.
We recommend that you send your returns by registered post with a tracking number to ensure your item arrives safely. Aqua Blu Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.
