As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we would like to take a moment to update you on the steps Aqua Blu Australia is taking to navigate this challenging time. Firstly, thank you for your support during this period, Australian retailers and small businesses need you now more than ever. Our greatest priority is the health and safety of all of our team members, you our valued customers and the wider community. We have taken steps to ensure our team upholds the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness including frequent hand washing, hand sanitiser stations, adherence to social distancing guidelines and the use of masks and gloves onsite.

Delivery times: Our logistics team is continuing to operate as normal and all orders placed online will continue to be packed and shipped in a timely manner. You may, however experience a slight delay in receiving your items as the Australian Postal Service is experiencing higher than normal volumes of packages being sent and received during this time.

Contactless deliveries: We are working with Australia Post to limit contact and reduce distancing as much as possible. Signatures will not be required on all deliveries and will be signed for on the customers behalf if available to receive the parcel. If you're not available to receive the package, Australia Post will return the package to the nearest post office where additional precautions are being taken to ensure a contact free experience.

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package as courier company StarTrack requires a signature upon receipt. Customers may be subject to a re-delivery fee if the parcel cannot be signed for.

PO Box and Parcel Collect addresses will not be accepted. You will be contacted for an alternative address before your parcel is sent out to you, which may result in a delay in dispatch time.

Once a package has been dispatched, Aqua Blu Australia is unable to amend delivery details.

International orders may incur a customs or import duty charge, which must be paid for by the customer and is not the responsibility of Aqua Blu Australia.

International orders may be subject a longer than expected delivery time. Aqua Blu Australia has no authority over delivery port customs processing times and as such, can only estimate time taken for international orders to be delivered.
