Shipping policy

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs processing fees, or other government-imposed charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities, are not included in your order total, are not payable to Aqua Blu Australia, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Due to recent changes to U.S. import regulations, orders shipped from Australia to the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs processing fees. In some cases, these charges may exceed 30% of the order value.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges. These fees are collected by the relevant customs authority or appointed customs broker in the destination country. Aqua Blu Australia has no control over these charges and cannot estimate, waive, or reimburse them.

If import charges are refused and your order is returned or destroyed by customs, you will remain responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping, original shipping costs incurred by Aqua Blu Australia, customs fees, and any other resulting charges.

Please note that international deliveries may also experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of Aqua Blu Australia's control.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours from the time the order was placed. Please note, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to your order. All orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
